1. How do I determine the correct size of boot to order? All of our boots are available in Regular (R) and Wide (W) widths, with some styles offering Narrow (N) and Extra Wide (XW) widths as well. Since sizes and widths vary among boot styles, please check individual boot styles for available sizes and widths.
Wellco does not offer anything wider than an XW or EEE width, and cannot take special-order sizes. All sizes are in men's sizes and women may need to adjust their size accordingly. We recommend that women order 1-1/2 to 2 sizes smaller than their women's size in shoe. For example, if your women's size is 6, you should order a 4 or 4-1/2 in the men's size. See sizing chart. You can determine your correct Wellco size by using a Brannock measuring device to accurately measure the size and width of your foot. A brannock device is the metal measuring device found in most shoe stores across the U.S. 2. How should my Wellco Boots fit? To fit well, you should have a slight amount of room in the front of the boots to wiggle your toes. Width-wise, your boots should feel a little snug (but not tight). Your heel should stay in place while walking and not slide back and forth (which can cause blisters). To improve the fit of the boot, try loosening or tightening the laces at different parts of the boot until you get the perfect fit. Always try on boots with a pair of socks that you intend to usually wear with the boots. Guarantee does not apply to items purchased in the online outlet. Blue dot items have a 90-day warranty. Wellco Enterprises boots are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event you experience a problem, we will repair, replace, or make an adjustment to the original purchase price at our discretion. Normal wear or abuses are excluded. A copy of your proof of purchase must be included with the returned boots. Please fill out the RETURN BOOTS INFORMATION below and include this sheet with the returned boots and proof of purchase. 4. What is your return/exchange policy? You may return this pair of boots within 30 days of the date on the enclosed invoice and Wellco Enterprises will replace the boots or refund 100% of the cost of the boots (but not the cost of shipping). Boots must not show any wear and should not be polished or altered in any way from their original condition. A proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip) must be included with the returned boots. Should you return worn boots in a cleanable condition there will be a $10.00 cleaning fee. Should the boots be in a condition that we are not able to clean and restock them, they will be returned at your expense. The best way to test the boots for fit purposes is to wear them on a clean-carpeted area. We suggest going to a mall or indoor walking track, once inside put the boots on and try them out. 5. How do I return/exchange my purchase? All returns require a return form be completed and shipped back with the boots. Wellco tries to ship all orders on the date of receipt depending upon availability. If your boots are not available on the day of order it could take up to 2 weeks on rare occasions. All internet and phone orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS. If you require expedited shipping please call us at 1-800-840-3155 (Monday-Friday 8am- 430pm EST). Orders received after 12pm EST will not ship until the next business day unless expedited shipping is requested. If expedited shipping is requested orders will not be shipped after 430pm EST. 7.
